These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the yo999 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by yo999. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator or licence jurisdiction — to register and use yo999. One account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and yo999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yo999 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an Account on yo999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
yo999 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with forfeiture of any outstanding Bonus Funds.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, different names or different payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yo999 may merge, suspend or permanently close them and void any associated balances or winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. yo999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify yo999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You must ensure that all personal information provided during registration and during subsequent KYC verification is accurate, complete and kept up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must update your Account profile promptly if any of this information changes.
yo999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You will be required to submit satisfactory identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed. yo999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is concluded.
yo999 supports deposits via a range of payment methods. Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for contextual familiarity only. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and depends on your jurisdiction and the operator's current configuration. None of the named payment providers endorse, operate or are affiliated with yo999.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Illustrative minimum deposits are typically in the range of PKR 500 – PKR 1,000, though the actual minimums applicable to your Account will be shown in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit.
Account balances may be maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another supported currency as configured on your Account. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Platform and may include a conversion margin. yo999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your yo999 Account are legitimately obtained and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and will be subject to enhanced due diligence. yo999 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where the source of funds cannot be adequately verified.
Withdrawals are available to verified Users who have completed KYC and have a positive real-money Balance. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only available after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24–72 hours of submission during business days, subject to KYC status and payment method processing times. Some payment methods may take longer depending on the User's bank or wallet provider. yo999 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where that method does not support outgoing transactions. yo999 may request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding PKR 25,000 or the equivalent in another supported currency.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar period. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method, Account tier and verification status. yo999 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
All bonuses, free spins, free bet credits and promotional rewards offered by yo999 are subject to specific Terms, including Wagering Requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds conditions and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type — for example, live sports bets may contribute at a different rate than video slots.
yo999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating play with other Users to farm bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine risk, and using automated software to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, yo999 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void winnings generated from Bonus Funds and permanently close the Account involved.
yo999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued participation in a promotion after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All games offered on the yo999 Platform are operated by licensed third-party providers using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are independently audited. yo999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports — are offered subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type. Bets accepted in error (e.g., at an obviously incorrect price) may be voided at yo999's discretion. Settlement of bets is based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or competition.
In the event of a game, software or system malfunction, all affected bets may be declared void and stakes returned to the User. yo999 will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from the malfunctioning of any game, server, network connection or software component.
If a User is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game state will be preserved for a reasonable period. yo999 recommends maintaining a stable internet connection before commencing play. yo999 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by the User's internet service provider, device or network.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yo999 Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
yo999 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to freeze Account funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. All decisions regarding Account closure and forfeiture in connection with prohibited conduct are at the sole discretion of yo999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yo999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, yo999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date the claim arose.
yo999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed to complete KYC requirements, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC review.
Upon Account closure or termination — whether initiated by you or by yo999 — all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Outstanding Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Obligations that by their nature survive termination (including dispute resolution, intellectual property rights and limitation of liability clauses) shall continue to apply.
yo999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, yo999 will provide notice via the Platform (e.g., a banner notification or email to the address associated with your Account) with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendment came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence. However, by accepting these Terms you acknowledge that yo999 operates under its operator licence jurisdiction and does not represent that its services are lawful, regulated or authorised under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction not expressly covered by the operator's licence.
